Question: Can I skip a month?
Answer: Yes! We want you to be happy with the kit you receive. If you see that the kit coming that month just isn't your style, let us know BEFORE the 10th of the month and you can skip a month and have your membership extended another month. 1 month per 3 month membership, or 1 month every 6 months in Club Membership >> Back to Top |

Question: Do you offer referral gifts?
Answer: Yes! When new members sign up there is a box on the sign up page to put the name of the friend that referred you. Each time your name is listed in the "Friend that invited you" box by on the sign up page you will earn 10 referral points. Question: Do you ship internationally?

Question: How is your kit club different than others?
Answer: We are not a page kit club. We LOVE using our scrapbook supplies for MORE THAN SCRAPBOOKING! Each month's kit features a different item to alter along with enough supplies to create layouts, cards, mini-albums, and whatever else you desire. The awesome Design Team will also give you ideas of things that you can do with your kits. The majority of the patterned paper and cardstock you will receive is 12 X 12. Question: How much do your kits cost?
Answer: That depends on how many you commit to purchase. If you would like to try one kit, the cost is $24.95 plus $7.00 shipping. If you sign up for a 3 month membership, the kit is $22.95 per kit, plus $7.00 shipping (a savings of $6.00). If you sign up for the Club Membership (on-going), the cost is $20.00 per kit, plus $7.00 shipping (a savings of $30.00). A Club Membership also entitles you to receive a 10% discount in our store, plus e-mail notifications of upcoming special sales or events. If you decide to purchase supplies from the store and add them to your order before the 12th of the month, you will not have to pay additional shipping charges. >> Back to Top |
Question: If I don't like my kit may I return it?
Answer: If for some reason you do not like a kit you receive, then you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days for a credit towards another month's kit. (You will pay the shipping to return it.) A credit will not be issued to your credit card. We will simply add an additional kit onto your membership. All returns must be approved before a credit is issued. Please contact us prior to returning your kit for a RAN (return authorization number). >> Back to Top |

Question: What happens after I join?
Answer: When you sign up, your first month's payment is processed immediately. Our kits are sent on the 16th so if you sign up before the 15th, your kit will be sent on the 16th. If you sign up after the 15th, your membership will start with the following month's kit. Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your Paypal or credit card account monthly on the date you signed up for your membership. If you sign up for our Club Membership (ongoing), your kits will automatically be sent to you each month, pending notification from Paypal that your payment has gone through. >> Back to Top |
Question: What happens when my membership expires?
Answer: We will send you an email advising you that your membership is expiring and hope that you will renew your membership so that you can continue to receive our unique kits each month. >> Back to Top |
Question: What if my kit is damaged in shipment?
Answer: All returns must be approved before a credit is issued. Please contact us email. If your kit arrives damaged, we will make the arrangements to replace your kit at no cost to you. We do require the damaged kit be sent back to us, and will refund the shipping charges you incur. >> Back to Top |

Question: When do your kits ship?
Answer: Our kits ship on the 16th-18th of each month except for Sundays and Federal holidays. In the event of either of those we will ship on the next business day. Make sure that if you add anything extra to your order that you add it before the 12th so that it is shipped with your kit with no additional shipping added. >> Back to Top |
